There is a lot of disconnection in our World- we disconnect from God, from each other, and ourselves! In Godersize it is essential to find yourself doing what you love and need! You need to be imperative and indicative- to let your acts become who you are, and who you are becomes your acts! Balance is found by faith alone! If you get to comfortable in life with one side than the other; you find your self broken!! In Martial arts you practice the imperative of 'You are your acts'! In running and sports you practice your acts become who you are! If Father Abraham had said he was too comfortable in his own place to move away as instantly as God requested- none of us would be here! We need to live such Spiritual lives of change and adaption that we know who we are in Christ and that is all we need to know and do! But we need to seek Him all the time! So, here we are talking about martial arts philosophy in the mist of Balance and our faith! Be who your are, seek who you are in Faith in Christ alone!- all the moves and techniques are Good, but be balanced with Integrity and Honor of who God made you!

Balancing the weights of Sport and Activities!!
Exercising can be the funnest thing you do all day!! So why limit your fun! There is so much you can do to be active in life; sports, games, and arts! You can do yoga and Tia chi, or play football and run! The important thing to remember is not to limit yourself to one or two things at a time= But, to balance them with what your goal and body needs!! I like to do a mix of Pilate's and yoga to warm up, and then progress in either my dance or running goals! If I eat a lot of carbs= I run! If I skip a few days= I dance hard and long!! I do it all in the Joy of the Lord! As in this verse Isaiah 61:3=
And provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.
Be sensible and have a good time getting in shape! Remember to join others to really be able to 'endure' when it gets ruff! Try playing a sport with others or invite a friend to run or dance with you- Remember being Active is a lifestyle and a choice- One you should make!!

Run For God!
Running is a very misunderstood sport and activity!! There are extreme views and ignorant views, but my view is spiritual and based on my Faith! So, we do need to be educated on the details of burnout, shoes, and marathons and all! But when it comes to doing running we need Faith! God taught me to meet my goal with my body! So, I don't over do it and I still feel I have done my best! I was very overweight until recently, and now I can do this! I start out with intervals and build up slowly so my body heals and grows healthier altogether! I must rest in between as an act of Submissive Wisdom!! I love the parallels of this endurance sport to the Endurance of our Faith and walk!! We need to push our body out of it's unhealthy discomfort, and we need to die to our sinful nature too!! When you run you have time to pray and grow too! Clear you mind and cleanse your Body! It's time to run! The Pliates way!!
I want to souly say how IMPORTANT Pliates is! Pliates is a form of exercise focused on Health and Restoration, and Atomical Persion! When you do pliates you focus on the essentail needs; Breathing, fludity, persion, correction, and blance in movement! So let's start by dicsussing the imortance of breathing correctly. When you don't breath correctly you body parts lack the oxegen needed to preform, you need to breath in this way: In and out- In and up opening the lungs and chest- And Out- scooping and exhaling the toxins that weigh you down!! You will feel so Good doing this and if you practice daily you will live more energized and joyfull! Now for the idea of Fluidy- your body needs to flow in movement and not jerk and hurt! As you fallow the Pliates way you will feel the balance of Breathing and Fludity in all your activties and errands! You will also work you mucsles and body correctly and effeciently! Now for Persion which is useful for thuro exercise that works you body fully and effeceintly too! You will build on the mucsles you most need to- and, for Correction and Balance= Your body works in a certian way, so you should work it in that way! Pliates is done easily with no equitment and just a place and time! So get off the couch and feel great by living in Right Way = The Pliates Way!!
